This is a pleasure I have yet to enjoy but can imagine from this shot what it would have been like to be on the small sailboat sailing under the Golden Gate Bridge in to a magnificent sunset. The salty ocean breeze blowing across the sails as the boat slides smoothly though the waves. Then to return after dark when the bridge is fully lit and the lights of San Francisco shimmer in the distance. Perhaps someday. Till then I'll just
be the guy standing on the shore taking the pictures.
The image is a panorama stitched from 7 individual images taken in portrait mode. I brought the NEF files in to Camera Raw 5.6 then used Photoshop to stitch them together. The final size of the panorama measured 12224 x 4138 pixels.

PS: After some consideration I decided to upload a larger version of the same image. The previous I had reduced to fit the width of my monitor making it 1920 x 650. The new
Original Size image is now 3545 x 1200. This should make all the pelicans much more apparent. There were quite a few that just looked like sensor dust.
