It is good to see new locomotives being delivered for passenger work in an era where norm is for fixed-formation unit trains. NS has, of course, had its fingers burned recently with the troublesome Italian-built V250 high speed trains. In reality, the new NS deliveries are Bombardier Traxx MS locomotives, whereas this fictional image depicts the rival Vectron design from Siemens.
