Short-eared Owls are such a treat to see. On this evening at dusk a few came out, but the dark clouds were very frustrating. While the high ISO images are not technically pleasing, I really did like the colors produced by the thick clouds during what should have been "golden hour."
For the camera geeks, this was at ISO 5000 (cleaned up as best as I could) and shutter of 1/320.
Not Pennsylvania.
