I posted a photo of this bush two months ago, when it was just budding. It's now in full bloom and such a wonderful contrast with the dreary skies and torrential rains we've been having. One from the neighbour's yard again :)

The snowdrops have been blooming for about a month now, and still are. I thought I'd post this one, because I met one of my neighbours while shooting these. I've mentioned before that I photograph flowers in neighbours' yards. So I was shooting these, and the woman who lived in the house came out to see what I was doing. She was very friendly and asked about my photography, and was so happy that her flowers made me happy too. We introduced ourselves and I've made a new friend :)

I took this one at Lonsdale Quay, in North Vancouver, overlooking the Burrard Inlet. You can see a pier in the bokeh, and in the distance, that faint horizon line is downtown Vancouver.

Ambleside Beach is the beach closest to home, so I tend to photograph there quite often. Here I focused on the foreground grasses, leaving the pier in bokeh.
