The dogwood tree in our yard is so tall, and the flowers are all at the top of the tree, so I had to use my long lens to capture them.

I've seen so many beautiful images of the bluebell fields in England on Flickr. I have never seen a bluebell field in my life, unfortunately, but there were a few growing at the end of my street, so I wanted to capture them before they disappeared. It's been windy every single day lately, which isn't conducive to photographing flowers. So you can probably tell it's windy here. I got a few flowers sort of in focus, and the Pentacon lens creates such lovely bokeh, IMO :)

The neck on which diamonds might have worthily sparkled, will look less tempting when the biting winter has hung icicles there for gems.
