Here it is, the S-2 tracker of the US Navy. The S-2 Tracker was introduced in the US Navy in 1954 and in service till 1976. Made by Grumman, the S-2 Tracker or S-2F (Stoof) was used in anti submarine warfare.
This model has been rebuild many, many times and will probably be undergoing more rebuilds. There are still a few things that I am not really satisfied with and those parts are the windscreen (any suggestions are welcome!) and the landing gear. (Also the wings are folding the wrong way, the right wing should be going forward a little bit and the left wing backward) At last it doesn't fit a minifig, but it's so small, only 13 meters.
But I am very happy and I really like it and will update it. The model features retracting landing gear, folding wings, flaps, a arresting hook and a bomb bay.
Maybe when I am really satisfied with this one, I'll copy it and make it into an E-1 Tracer (also called Stoof with a roof)
Let me know what you think and as always, comments and faves are really appreciated!

This thing was really hard to build. After a 6-wide fuselage, I decided that it should be smaller, so I made it 4 studs and 4 plates wide, which didn't make things easier. The tail was also a huge problem, with the horizontal stabilizers attached to the tail fin. But I am very happy and will update it. The model features retracting landing gear, folding wings, flaps, a arresting hook and a bomb bay.
