The Rechabite Star of Bethlehem Tent at Ashton

The foundation stone of the Rechabite Hall, Ashton, was laid on Wednesday, November 2, by E Alcock, D.S., after which tea and public meetings were held in the Wesleyan Church, Mr Councillor Madge presiding at the latter.

The building will cost, including furniture, about £500. The contractors are Messrs Lake and Son: architect, S P Wilson; Clerk of Works, E Gould.
