In truth I discovered this uniquely located sheepfold from a fellow flickr member. Even though it's on the opposite shore of Húnaflói, I can even see my 'home mountain' Bæjarfell in the distance. It's pretty cool, only would like to have another look in summer or autumn.

Réttarnes. I read in a book that this sheepfold has been there since 1660.
