This was one of two old Xpelair/Woods of Colchester extractor fans I photographed along with other architecture in Woolwich S.E London UK. Xpelair originated as a divisional company of Woods of Colchester ltd. Xpelair is still in business and the fans are now produced in Peterbourgh UK though the name is now owned by Applied Energy LTD.
