Topaz DeNoise AI 16-May-24, however it still needs a re-scan!
Stored at Manchester, UK, awaiting lease to Air Holland by Itochu Leasing.
This aircraft was delivered to Itochu Leasing and leased to Britannia Airways as G-BYAR in Mar-94. It was returned to Itochu in Mar-02 and repainted in full new Air Holland livery.
It was due to be leased to Air Holland as PH-AHS but that wasn't used and the aircraft was stored at Manchester in May-02. It was finally delivered to Air Holland as PH-AHT in Jul-02 and immediately wet-leased to Delsey Airlines (Belgium).
The aircraft was repossessed by the lessor in Oct-02 and again stored at Manchester, UK, still in full Air Holland livery. It was leased to Britannia Airways again as G-BYAR in May-03.
Britannia Airways was renamed Thomsonfly.com in Nov-04. It was returned to the lessor in Mar-08 and immediately leased to Fly LAL (Lithuanian Airlines) as LY-FLG. Fly LAL ceased operations in Jan-09, the aircraft was transferred to Fly LAL Charters.
It was wet-leased to SCAT Airlines (Kazakhstan) in May-09. SCAT transferred it to Sunday Airlines (Kazakhstan) (still operated by Fly LAL Charters) in May-13 and it was re-registered to SCAT as UP-B5705 in May-18 and operated for Sunday Airlines.
It was temporarily stored at Istanbul-SAW in Mar-20 due to the COVID-19 Pandemic. The aircraft returned to service at the end of Nov-20. Now 31 years old it continues in service. Updated 10-Jan-25.
