On the west facade of the palazzo a representation of Venice as Justice with a sword and the two lions.
Anger and Pride are at her feet.
Sculpted by Filippo Calenario between 1340 and 1355.

At the top of the west facade, the lady with a lion at her feet looks a bit like San Sebastiano with an arrow in her breast - It's a lightning rod.
Beside the kneeling Doge Andrea Gritti is Mercury on the left and Jupiter on the right.
