The Bluebells are starting to appear so I must take a trip down the lane to the little woodland where the native English variety grow. In the meantime this shot was taken last spring.

Hopefully going back to Warley Place, Essex, on Monday to have another attempt at photographing the daffodils (this was taken a couple of years ago with my old camera so hoping for slightly better results!!) Hopefully the weather will be kind and I may even lug the tripod!!!

For this week's Macro Monday theme - handmade.

When the children were very small we lived in Southern Germany for three years. As a memento of our time there we bought this lovely, hand carved nativity set. It is a beautiful reminder of a beautiful place and the kindness we received from the lovely friends we made.
