After an unsuccessful attempt at shooting Princes Pier, I was about to leave when I spotted these men fishing for snapper off the rocky break on a challenging, windy evening.

Driving back over the bridge that connects The Island to the Mainland, I turned around and discovered a gorgeous sunset in the making. Despite the long drive back home, we stayed and enjoyed the scene unfolding across the water.

Many Glacier is one of the most beautiful places I have traveled too. The evening light across the lake, a lone paddler and the swirling mist surrounding the base of Grinnel Point was magic.
