I don't know what these are. Given that they are right by a modern art museum, I assume they are art. I got at least two more frames with them, here and here.

I was thinking I'd make it dark-ish B&W at shooting time. The light difference wasn't that visible to me. Turns out, the street lighting is far yellower than the park lights that ledge was getting.
