I went through last year's pictures and printed out some highlights to frame and put up at home. My house is covered with lovely memories that make me smile whenever I look at them!

I had to have this amazing picture from Leeds First Friday enlarged to poster size - it deserves it. I love this photo.

So now post-op and decided the changes don't stop there - I always loved copper hair so I decided to go for it myself.

So 4 weeks after my surgery I was finally able to glam up and go out although taking it easy.

I went for a lovely meal at Cognac, my local French restaurant, with two dear friends Alice and Sarah (who had to be in drab because she didn't have the opportunity to glam up).

It was so lovely to get back out again and catch up with Sarah and Alice.
