Disposable plastic camera:
800 ISO Amber Tungsten 135mm film. -- Plastic lens.
Manufactured by "RETO" - licensee of Eastman Kodak
The "pincushion" distortion effect of this plastic lens was perfect to take control of this scene. I tried correcting it in post editing and ruined the "look". Like taking a poem and rearranging words. So I reverted to the plastic poetry.
I have seen images made with Tungsten film which are crisp and clear, but somehow the combination of this "amber" tungsten film with a plastic lens lends itself well to the ambiance of pictorial street photography.

Color - beautiful, delicious color.
Orpiment mineral is a bright yellow color with a golden glow. Its resemblance to gold was a constant tantalization to the ancient and medieval painters.
Alizarin is a red dye found in the roots of the madder plant and the powdered roots are used directly in textile dyeing process.
Note: Mark Rothko tended to paint with pigments, not necessarily manufactured paint. he would apply layer upon layer of pigment to achieve the ethereal quality in his paintings.
With my new vision I needed a new camera.
So I brought out my old 2010 Kodak.
