On a day long layover heading back to the UK from Poland we spent most of the day around Vamdrup. With it being a Saturday it wasn't the busiest with freight, however the highlight for me was the CoCo Eurosprinter of DB Cargo Scandinavia, EG 3108. Built specially for the DE-DK-SE corridor to pass the gradients of the great belt tunnel these locos make a change from the usual BoBo format seen today. Here 3108 hauls a mixed freight towards Germany, presumably Maschen, just south of Hamburg.
