Jeden Morgen bereite ich die Zutaten für unseren Tee zu.
Die Zutaten sind: Biozitrone frische Pfefferminze und Ingwer!
Die Pfefferminzeblättchen vom Stil zupfen, Zitrone in Scheiben schneiden und den Ingwer schälen und in Scheiben schneiden. Je nach Kannengröße kommt Ingwer und Zitrone direkt in die Kanne, die Pfefferminze in ein Teesieb geben und alles mit kochendem Wasser auffüllen, 10. Min. ziehen lassen. Danach umfüllen in eine Thermoskanne.
Die Ingwerknolle erinnerte mich sofort an das Gesicht eines Miesepeters, das ich Euch nicht vorenthalten wollte.
Den Tee kann ich sehr empfehlen, wir trinken ihn das ganze Jahr über.

Pluck the peppermint leaves in style, slice the lemon and peel and slice the ginger. Depending on the size of the jug, put the ginger and lemon directly into the jug, pour the peppermint into a tea strainer and fill everything up with boiling water, leave to stand for 10 minutes. Then pour into a thermos flask.
The ginger bulb immediately reminded me of the face of a sourpuss I didn't want to withhold from you.
I can highly recommend the tea, we drink it all year round.

Tous les matins, je prépare les ingrédients pour notre thé.
Les ingrédients sont : Citron bio, menthe poivrée fraîche et gingembre !
Plumer les feuilles de menthe poivrée avec style, trancher le citron, éplucher et trancher le gingembre. Selon la taille de la cruche, mettre le gingembre et le citron directement dans la cruche, verser la menthe poivrée dans une passoire à thé et remplir le tout d'eau bouillante, laisser reposer pendant 10 minutes. Verser ensuite dans une bouteille thermos.
L'ampoule au gingembre m'a immédiatement rappelé le visage d'une grincheuse que je ne voulais pas vous cacher.
Je recommande vivement le thé, nous le buvons toute l'année.
