Was super excited to find this Nut Tree postcard recently at a thrift shop I frequent. It shows a collage of California symbols that was once displayed in the Nut Tree restaurant in Vacaville, California. How odd to come across this now, when there is a great exhibit of the Nut Tree at the Vacaville Museum vacavillemuseum.org/exhibitions/ Cannot wait to check out this exhibit with my pal Gretchen! I LOVED the Nut Tree when I was a kid. Some pieces of it remain, I guess.
