A pristine Avanti West Coast "EVERO" Bi-Mode Class 805 No. 805012 stands at its Platform 4 Terminus at Chester Station, working the 5D14, 06:41 Crewe C.S. to Chester ECS Service on 18th June 2024. It stood here until it was coupled to its Classmate No. 805008 which had worked the 1A14, 06:48 Service from Holyhead. Both units then combined to resume working the 1A14 Service to London Euston. At Platform 2 is Transport for Wales Class 197 No. 197104, working the 1W90, 05:12 Cardiff Central to Holyhead and at Platform 5 stands Northern Class 195 No. 195129, prior to working the 1E54, 08:21 Chester to Leeds Service.
