The Longmont local rolls over the St. Vrain River on the C&S headed back to Denver, Colorado. The SW-1 is a Oriental Limited Samhongsa brass import with a custom built cab to exact specifications to the C&S Burlington designs. These are all miniature models, no montaging or layering 1:1 with miniatures

Rio Grande class C48 2-8-0 rolls southbound over St Vrain River with a local merchandise in O Scale

This is a brass import of a Rio Grande C48 2-8-0 detailed, painted, and weathered and I photographed it on my layout. I hope some of my viewers enjoy some images of my Model Railroad endeavors in O Scale Model Railroading. A friend and I have built a sectional portable o scale model railroad that is roughly 60’ x 30’ that we exhibit. The trains are all 1/48 scale or a quarter inch is one foot. Unlike o gauge toy trains we build and model in 2 rail scale much like smaller scales we strive for the most authentic miniatures. These are all miniature models, no montaging or layering 1:1 with miniatures. Only the distant background is 1:1 as it is forced into the perspective by being in the distance.
