The purpose of this special train was to test with the HM government control authorities and Eurotunnel some of the arrangements necessary to allow Eurostar trains to disembark passengers within the terminal at Cheriton and also Kensington Olympia in the event of severe disruption to services. Travel was FOC and was invitation only.
