The historical Portland Head Light is one of the most photograph lighthouses in the United States. Completed in 1791 it is the oldest lighthouse in the State of Maine.

The original 1830 dome lighthouse and the newer 1869 lighthouse located at the entrance to port of Newhaven, Scotland. Apparently they were decommissioned in 1930 but relit in 2018 for decorative purposes.
