The Parish Church of Saint Mary & Saint Peter
The village and civil parish of Harlaxton is located 2 miles south-west from the town of Grantham in the district of South Kesteven. The parish church of St Mary & St Peter is a Grade I listed building and located in the centre of the village . It is built of ironstone and limestone ashlar in the Perpendicular style, with parts dating from the 12th century. The church has an early 14th century buttressed tower topped by a crocketed recessed spire and a font dating from around 1400.
