The Parish Church of All Saints
The small town of Okehampton is located in the county of Devon at the northern edge of Dartmoor.
The parish church of All Saints is located outside of the town on a hillside to the west of the town centre.
A medieval church was constructed in 1447, but was almost completely destroyed in a fire in 1842. A new church was built on the same site by John Hayward, he incorporated the original 80ft granite ashlar tower which survived the fire into the new church.
