The fair is a great place to practice street photography. No one cares if you are taking photos with a DSLR; not even at close range. This was my experience, at least in this region of the USA. So much fun!

Soon after the fairgrounds opened, I took this monochrome image of a little girl and the massive Ferris wheel in the background.
