A former Alaska Railroad EMD GP49, CCET 2807, is pulling a cut of boxcars out of the Huhtamaki Plant in Batavia, Ohio on a hot summer afternoon in Juy of 2014, quite a switch from the weather it was used to!

CSX Q041 highballs through the curve at MP 250 on the NS Dayton District in Lockland with a clean YN2 CSX Dash 8, CSXT 7357, on the point as they roll past the Sawbrook Steel Castings Plant in October of 2015. For those interested, CSXT 7357 is an oddball. It is former Conrail, but note the high numberboards and lack of marker lights. NS wrecked her during her Conrail career (was CR 6192), and they rebuilt the nose with an NS Dash 9 cab. Then she went to CSX and became 7357 in the Conrail split.

On our last morning in Montana, BNSF dropped a nice surprise pair of Grinstein Green/Executive SD70MAC's on the Day Gas Local out of Missoula due to the Night Gas outlawing the previous night. Here we see the said train bursting out of the fog westbound on the MRL 4th Sub across the Clark Fork at Donlan, MT.
