RBMN runs tender forward in the Lehigh Gorge approaching the Pioneer Pipeline - two 6 inch pipes that span the Lehigh River. When Rockefeller had his stranglehold on the oil industry, a group of businessmen came together to build a separate pipeline to move Pennsylvania Oil to New Jersey. Their hopes were to compete with Rockefeller - but the oil mogul dropped his prices, starved the group out and bought the pipeline further cementing the Rockefeller name into history.
