Down and dirty with the ore, it gets everywhere… In your ears, eyes, camera, bags, literally everywhere. Heck, even nearly a year later after my visit, I am still finding it in my bag. Crushed iron ore, rolling on the high iron on the outskirts of Nouadhibou, Mauritania. Water may be the lifeblood of the Sahara, but iron ore is the lifeblood of the SNIM Railway.
