The build was inspired by modern airship designs and though many are now emerging in the real worlds as commercial production products, we settled on one design that is a prototype being the ‘aether’ cruise experience by UK-based designer Mac Byers. This design allows guests to experience a wider range of destinations in a shorter time, all the while enjoying some of the greatest views imaginable. The exterior of the vehicle is conceived to look unlike any airship ever produced – removing notions of danger, like the Hindenburg disaster in 1937 .

Our concept visually communicates a new generation airship that is not only safe but clean. The interior space has been designed to be as open as possible – encouraging social interaction and providing a communal gathering place for users to meet.

Also known as a Dirigible, Blimp or Zeppelin ours was built on a scale suitable to SL that can travel over sim boundaries. The scale is also built around current Normal Sized Avatars however, using Avsitter and with the design itself, it is built to easily modify it to fit your body size.
