Pit no. 1 was founded in 1904 and the headframe installed in 1905. The only former buildings from early 20th century are the compressor room, headframe above pit no.1 and the engine room for pit no. 1. The coal extraction was terminated in 1997. Shaft no. 2 can be seen in the background. There were 5 pits in total.
