Adjustable cheek piece and adjustable heel plate come as standard on the HW 98 as does a heavy barrel sleeve.

The rifle is in excellent overall condition.
It is completed with a Hawke 3-9 x 50 telescopic sight and mounts.

Description of work done - Advanced Tune (The Rat Works Description)

Complete strip, service and degrease

- Remove burrs and parts polished.
- Custom top hat and spring guide to reduce spring noise.
- Make sure trigger is set correctly
- Delrin piston rings
- Compression tube honed
- Delrin ring fitted to outside of compression tube
- Lightweight piston modification

All of the above means you have an easier and smoother action with reduced recoil and reduced spring noise/twang.

Piston seal upgrade;

Red seal - This is made from high quality materials and Molybdenum Disulphide impregnated to achieve a semi permanent lubrication.
This offers a better seal as well as being harder wearing, they are made and supplied by Custom Air Seals Australia.

It’s had The Rat Works Advanced Tune and is fitted with a CustomStock LTD CS600 Select Tyrolean Stock
Also fitted is a Weihrauch moderator, setback brass trigger blade, a smaller trigger adjustment screw and a brass trigger guard.
Finished with a Hawke Vantage AO - 4-12x40 - mil dot reticle and a one piece Sportsmatch mount.

This is a really smooth, consistent and very accurate rifle.
