It's not quite enough to look for truffles. To compare the size, I had her sitting directly behind the mushroom. She is Shepherd size.
Shot with the Schneider Kreuznach Curtagon 35mm f2.8, open aperture.
The curtagon probably has decentering. I can't get the mid to infinity areas in sharp focus, not even stopped down. Close-up shots, on the other hand, are sharp even open.

Shot with the Schneider Kreuznach Curtagon 35mm f2.8. When you take close-up photos, this lens shines again. However, it is hardly usable towards infinity. Given that the lens was manufactured around 1957-58, the performance here at wide open aperture is quite remarkable.
