Taken in the style of Peter Clarke, Australian photographer of architecture, industry, and landscape.
The brutalist architecture of the National Gallery of Australia is a favourite spot for photographers in Canberra.
This is a combination of two photos bumped next to each other. The left-hand side is a photo I took from the bottom of the stairs looking up to the landing; the right-hand side is a photo I took of the view having turned the camera 180 degrees looking further upward again to the top landing ... if you follow.
It is a tricky composition and I found it impossible to get all straight lines straight, unlike Peter Clarke's original.
