Conrail GP40 3298 southbound on Leonor K. Sullivan Blvd on the St Louis, Mo. Riverfront. Photo taken from the MacArthur Bridge. Looks like two crewmen are walking up to throw the switch to MoPac's Lesperance Street yard. This street running track was by-passed & removed a few years later.
