These three large black asphalt discs are part of a sculpture called Invasion by Michael Zwingmann in Yorkshire Sculpture Park. The artwork includes five such discs in total.

This lake is adjacent to Yorkshire Sculpture Park. After a hard frost and snowfall, strange white shapes have formed on its frozen surface. It's just possible to see the tracks left by ducks' feet as they have walked across the ice.
