1st August 2009, great parade of Alinghi 5 on Lake of Geneva.
Accompanied by hundreds of boats, the defender of 33rd America's cup sailed to Geneva to get officially the swiss flag.

Alinghi a navigué de Lausanne jusqu'à Genève où le pavillon suisse a été officiellement accroché au mât.

Nous sommes sortis en bateau pour le voir passer au large de St-Sulpice.
En quelques minutes, une flottille hétéroclite de plusieurs centaines de bateaux fonçaient droit sur nous! Je n'ai jamais vu une eau si agitée! Je n'avais pas assez de mains pour me cramponner et tenir mon appareil.
