Ce bâtiment est maintenant l'école cantonale d'art de Lausanne. Mais avant, c'était une fabrique de bas nylon.
L'architecte a souhaité faire une façade qui rappelle l'aspect soyeux du matériau utilisé précédemment. Il a parfaitement réussi.

This building is now an art school. But formerly was a nylon-stocking factory.
The architect wished to make a wall which looks silky as the material of the stockings.
He did it perfectly.
