Astana, the strange new capital city of Kazakhstan, still under construction, though this part seen here is complete. The big tower is the Bayterek Monument, which you can go inside to see the view from the top (a future upload), behind is the blue domed presidential palace (Ak Orda), framed by toilet brush holder shaped golden towers.
