The 3 photos uploaded today are the only ones I have from a recent 1 day stopover in Panama City. There were no boats scheduled to pass through until, 2 hours later, it was raining by then. Sorry about these crap photos for now, Panama deserves better.

It was the rainy season, the waterfront promenade was closed for remodeling (it was supposed to reopen the next day), the weather was awful, but I will be back... in the dry season. San Blas (Kuna) islands, Caribbean coast of Panama, this abandoned pier is used by pelicans most of the time, I was surprised to see a person using it. The islands are tiny and flat, the Panamanian mainland is on the horizon, the geotag places it in the water, the islands are too small to be visible, the flickr map has a low resolution and google earth blurs the region for some reason.
