Day and night versions of Grudziadz city, Poland, a photogenic place almost no one has ever heard of, seen from across the Vistula river in the late afternoon and evening. Unfortunately the buildings were not lit up fully in the night version, I've seen photos where they are better illuminated. As with all Polish riverside urban viewpoints, it's a spot where young people come to drink beers and make out.
