la nina is making it a cold and wet summer again :-( not how I like my summers and the reason I have shifted my favourite season to Autumn :-)

another sky shot this week, the only interesting thing about this one is that I was using the 105mm lens with a polarizing filter, I like the way the foreground oof trees feel

when a little water gets into my camera shutter button during our visit to the doggy pool it click-click-clicks non-stop, while I'm trying to fix it and it's shooting, I figured I'd point the lens to something other than black or blank wall, and started directing it to the curtains in the window, there were hundreds of pictures of the window as I adjusted the exposure and zoom in between the crazy clicking ... anyway this is what I ended up with :-)

by the way the camera shutter eventually dried out and is behaving normally for the minute, I just hope in my attacking of it I haven't ruined it for the usual non-water adventures ?
