Ex-Nottingham Leyland Fleetline 223 is now working for it's new owner, the front dash painted blue in case anyone should be confused. It was taken in June 1994, during the so-called Darlington Bus War.

Sunny, but cold; a glimpse of the High Street in November 1989 with buses of United, TMS, Transit and Robson all in view. The latter is represented by ex-Northampton Bristol LHS KBD22V, passing the Shambles market hall of 1825.

An Italian hydrofoil draws up to Tower Pier on 12 July 1972. Thanks to Rob Telford's comment below, I can now see that it was working a short-lived 'Thames Arrow Express' service to Greenwich. Another boat was also employed, the Freccia del Vesuvio.
