This was my protein after having my booster shot today.
Hip steak, grilled on the grill skillet for medium rare. It hadn't rested long enough, thus blood loss... but tastewise perfect and buttery tender.

Herb butter with parsley, lemon, cajun spices (basically thyme and different chillies), garlic, harissa and salt.

Midday, so no sides.

New knife in the family: Cheap Opinel No. 102 carbon steel office knife, 2 pieces 12€ - hard to beat for an excellent little knife.
