It has been such a dry and unseasonable warm winter, we finally have snow on the ground and are celebrating.

Trying again for "lines" figuring my legs and the step would help lead you to the shoes.

My daughter and I made this cute little snowman yesterday however he didn't fare well through the night as he lost his mouth and an eye. I am trying harder to capture more personal meaning and connection in my photography because I enjoy viewing photos that tell stories.

I have gotten into the habit of taking images at sunrise. For me, there is something magical about the early morning plus I always have my picture done before my family obligations begin.

I am always a harsh critic of my own photos. I wish I would have angled the camera to eliminate some of the distractions but I didn't get a better shot of the sunrise so this is it. When looking back I'll know I took this on a Wednesday because it is garbage day.
