It is Labor Day weekend so my husband and I took our annual trip to Midway, Utah to attend Swiss Days yesterday. We are relaxing this weekend and taking it slowly savoring our time together. Slow down and enjoy whatever time you can this weekend too.

Yesterday was a good day, I was awarded as overall winner in my city's photo contest which was announced at the City Council meeting last night for a photo I took a while ago flic.kr/p/JXXNej. I have been trying to be brave and challenge myself to put my work out a little more into the world. I am happy that I went outside my comfort zone. What will you do to challenge yourself?
