She was a wild one; always stomping on eggshells that everyone else tip-toed on.
Kaitlin Foster
Who are you? Do you stomp or tip-toe?
PS - I didn't let the snail go on the jagged egg shells but kept it on the smooth part of the egg.

“Life is like a grapefruit. Well, it's sort of orangy-yellow and dimpled on the outside, wet and squidgy in the middle. It's got pips inside, too. Oh, and some people have a half a one for breakfast.”

After I took the picture of the snail yesterday I knew I had to do another today. I find it like exercise, enormously satisfying and slightly addictive. The way I defined my 100 day project was to make sure it included food, and well this fits that bill. I try to be an ethical photographer and am very gentle with the snails but I do know there are people who object to any manipulation of wildlife.
