Macro Monday - Crinkled, wrinkled, folded or creased
I've always wanted to make an origami boat so today's MM theme seemed the ideal time. It wasn't as easy as I thought, especially getting the sizing right to make it tiny enough for the MM rules. There is room for improvement. I then set up a metal baking tray with some gravel and pebbles and positioned my boat. The result was okay but I wasn't enamoured with it. I then took a photo of some waxed paper that I had previously crinkled and coloured with metallic wax. Merged the two which gave me something I was happier with. I thought the jewel like colours resembled the sea. HMM
