October 2013: A month in 31 pictures. Day 18. Not at all what I had planned for today but that's how things go! We went to visit a winery to go on a tour of the place and I thought I'd get a pic, but when we got there it was full of cyclists, apparently there is a big race tomorrow, so we couldn't get on the tour. As we came out I spotted this pretty plant and took a quick snap. Didn't get round to doing anything else so this is my photo today...another flower!

This bench was opposite the restaurant where we were lunching. I was willing someone to come and sit there, very obligingly, this couple sat down and got out there lunch. This was shot with the camera resting on the table, perched on a couple of menus to raise it up a bit. I was quite surprised I actually managed to get a shot as whenever I've tried that before it hasn't worked.
