Day 24 - April 2024: A month in 30 pictures

A change from tulips today. Some of my collection of dried roses with some old family photos and memorabilia. The framed photo is my father and his twin sister. Although twins, they were born a day apart. This photograph would have been taken around 1922.

Day 6 - April 2024: A month in 30 pictures

Another busy day grandparenting so a last minute flat lay, before the light went totally.

The vintage lock belongs to my son who is a locksmith, he had to remove this lock and replace it with new. Obviously I had to use it as a prop.

I asked my six year old grandson to help me with a title, I said I was thinking maybe spring has sprung and he said spring has springed, so there we have it :)

This is the flat lay I made when photographing my tulips on Sunday. I always like to get the most from tulips, or any flowers. There could be more to come as they haven't totally fallen apart yet and I love the way the colour deepens as they dry out.
